As a follow up to yesterday’s post, there are some retail organizations that don’t feel that the total settlement of $7.2 billion against Visa and MasterCard is in their best interests.  They are choosing to reject the settlement offer and opting out of participating.    This group includes large retailers like WalMart, Target, and HomeDepot.  Whether a similar move by smaller retailers makes sense or not, we will do our best to keep you posted.  Stay tuned!
